Refund Policy
Last updated: May 2026
We want you to feel confident trying Pain Radar. This page explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you sign up for a paid plan (Builder or Pro) and decide within 14 days of your first paid charge that the Service isn't right for you, email us and we'll refund your most recent payment in full — no questions asked.
The 14-day window starts at the moment of your first paid charge, not at account creation. Promotional pricing (such as the launch-promo "$9 first month") counts the same way; the promo amount is what we refund.
How to request a refund
Two options:
- Email support@painradar.co from the address on your account, with the subject "Refund request". We aim to acknowledge within one business day.
- Cancel via the Stripe customer portal (use the "Manage subscription" button in your account) — this stops future charges immediately. To then trigger a refund of the most recent charge, email us as above and reference the cancellation.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further day or two to post the credit.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, paid subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can still cancel any time via the Stripe portal — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
If you experience a genuine service outage or billing error outside the 14-day window, get in touch and we'll work something out — these terms are about routine "changed my mind" refunds, not technical or billing problems.
Free tier
The free tier (top-5 weekly digest + free dashboard view) involves no payment, so no refund is applicable. Unsubscribe from the digest at any time using the link in every email or by contacting us.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Refunds are quick and painless from our side; chargebacks are slow, expensive, and can result in account suspension under our Terms of Service.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies the consumer guarantees that apply to you under the Australian Consumer Law. If Pain Radar fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy beyond the terms of this voluntary money-back guarantee.
